New and Improved website and special offers to celebrate! |
| This last quarter has seen the arrival of three new members of the team, Wendy, Nicky, and Ola. Wendy is our numbers Queen, while Nicky is Princess of marketing and sales and Ola is King of all things regarding the website. In some of our first meetings together, Nicky brought to our attention a slight confusion on our site regarding the shop and as we delved further into the website we realised that Ola’s first job would be to give it a general face lift, making it much more modern and customer friendly. The speed of change in the internet world is so fast that companies need to be regularly checking their sites to ensure they are operating at their most efficient level, using the most modern technology available. We are thrilled with the changes we have made and hope that you too find our site a much happier place to browse and shop! |

News from the farm – Mullein Fever |
|
 |
We are amazed at the colour still on the farm. It is incredible that at the start of December we still have the beautiful yellow flowers of the mullein blossoming copiously in the fields. This really does prove how mild the weather has been so far this Autumn/Winter and is great news for those of us combating wrinkles! Mullein improves the elasticity of the skin and therefore has a natural; anti-wrinkle effect. Check out the results with our Mallow Beauty Balm. |
Tweeting Facebook... |

We are now on Facebook and twitter and ask you very nicely if you could seek us out and become a fan of our pages! Just put ‘Herbfarmacy Organic Skin Care’ in the search box and you should find us! |
 |
Although we are quite confident with Facebook, we must admit that Twitter foxes us somewhat at this early stage of using, so any offers to follow us will be much appreciated! As would any tips to get us going – we need bringing out of the social networking ice ages!! |
 |
Both sites will offer regular tips, ideas, news and advice and we also plan to initiate some interesting discussions so that we can get a truer understanding of our fans thoughts and feelings regarding ‘organic’ and ‘skin care’. In this somewhat individualistic world, we feel these sites are a great way of being in one to one contact with our customers and fans and are very excited about opening up the lines of communication! After all – the customer/ supplier relationship is so often a one way street and we think it should be two!
We look forward to tweeting with you soon! |

Mallow Beauty Balm, our innovative balm launched earlier this year, has found its way to the Kalahari Desert. It accompanied Sue Rogers in her travels to Southern Africa. She attributes her hydrated skin whilst in the arid conditions of the desert to the new balm and says that it was perfect for preventing her skin drying out. On hearing the success of the balm in the Kalahari, another Herbfarmacy Fan contacted us and informed us about her fund raising trip to the Sahara and yes...you guessed it...the Mallow Beauty Balm has also now found its way to the Sahara too! Fortunately you do not need to experience the extremes of the desert to test out the new balm. It works its magic equally well in the unpredictable climes of the UK! |

The secret is out and tributes are gathering relating to the proven benefits of the Mallow Beauty Balm. “We've been trying out this beauty balm and it's got a big tick from us,” says The GIN (Green Independent Natural) Lady, an online news source of innovative natural products. “It's all down to its Marshmallow, Herbfarmacy's signature herb, and it is deeply soothing and moisturising. Whenever we feel a wrinkle coming on, this soon soothes away the panic! Not that wrinkles are bad or anything... they are a part of life, but there's nothing better than a herbal pamper to make you look and feel great. If you're looking to try a new brand, we highly recommend Herbfarmacy.”
We love to hear from you regarding our range and the adventures of our products so do drop us a line with more fun stories about where in the world our products have been! |
