1. Booking: Bookings within two months should be paid in full, otherwise a deposit of £100 per cottage per stay will confirm your booking - the balance is due two months prior to arrival. Payment can be made by putting a cheque in the post or by debit card by telephone.
2. Cancellation: All monies will be returned if notice is given one clear month before arrival (or 2 clear months for bookings during the Hay Summer Festival). Cancellations less than one month (or 2 months during Hay Festival) before arrival will mean a loss of deposit unless the cottage is re-let in which case a refund will be given.
3. Number: Herb Farm Cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests and Herb farm House 3 guests comfortably and 5 with use of a bed settee. These numbers should not be exceeded.
4. Options: There is an option to book both Herb Farm House and Herb Farm Cottage as one large unit if required as they have an adjoining hallway.
5. Arrival and Departure: Guests are welcome from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival, and should vacate the cottage by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
6. Pets: We welcome one dog only in Herb Farm House at no extra charge, subject to prior notice. This is on the condition that it has been treated for fleas (eg with Frontline).  Please bring dog bed and dog towels. Pets must not be allowed on any furniture, nor in bedrooms and we ask owners never to leave pets alone in the house. We thank you for your understanding. Herb Farm Cottage is strictly pet-free.
7. Care of the property: Our request is that Guests undertake to take good care of the property and to leave it in the condition in which they found it.
