Herb Farm Cottage

(Sleeps 4– 1 double and 1 twin)

A semi-detached Cottage on our Herb Farm, in Herefordshire, on the Welsh Borders, just outside Eardisley on the Black and White Village Trail. A secluded, peaceful spot with great views of the Black mountains and surrounding countryside, 8 miles from Hay-on-Wye and 6 miles from Kington. Excellent for local walking and bird watching - great hill walking within a 4 to 6 mile radius.

A 400 year old oak beamed cottage tastefully updated and re-furbished. South facing front garden overlooking open countryside. Front door leading to an oak-beamed sitting room with fire place and wood-burner with adjoining fully-fitted kitchen and dining room, with modernised bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs leading to two bedrooms one with a Double bed and one with twin beds - both rooms with fine views!

A semi detached house, next to Herb Farm Cottage,  proximity and amenities - as detailed for Herb Farm Cottage with front door leading into hallway with access to upstairs and door leading to large kitchen/diner, from this room a doorway leads into a conservatory with comfortable seating and access to side garden. 

Upstairs there is a large double bedroom and a single bedroom with lovely views and to the right a fully refurbished Bathroom with bath shower etc.

 

 

Local shop in the village and Pubs with good food (15 minute walk away).  Breakfast can be provided as an optional extra, on a self serve/self cook basis.
